This is a pacesetter brand that transforms and creates high quality modern and trendy looks using African textiles /wax prints.
We take pride in each of our pieces being hand made in our production studio in Nigeria with rich fabrics sourced from different parts of AFRICA.
We believe what sets us apart in our creativity, is our commitment to cater to a wide age range and our belief that every woman is uniquely made and beauty should not be defined by society's standards.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

We gladly accept returns for exchanges.
All returned items MUST be in ORIGINAL STATE

Ace Kouture is not responsible for cost of return, loss or damage of item during the return process.
We don't offer refunds but however we do offer exchanges and store credit.
We are happy to accept for exchange, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 5 days of receipt by you.
Sale and discounted items are final sales.
Special orders and custom mades are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when applicable for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We aim to process all exchanges within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.
We do not offer exchange or store credit on sales items.
SHIPPING POLICES
All items are shipped within 2-3 business days from purchase except Pre-order/Special order items that may have a longer processing time.
Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or customs clearance of the destination country.
Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original cost plus the return cost , 30% restocking fee. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost and restock fee in the case of refused deliveries.
If our system shows that your package was signed for and/or delivered we won't be held accountable for any reported package loss.
